redlion  Management Associate Program (MAP)

The F&N Management Associate Program is a developmental program aimed at developing business knowledge and leadership competence with intensive on-the-job training and exposure.

The selected Management Associates (MAs) will go through a series of classroom and experiential training to develop their personal skills, leadership attributes, business ethics, achievement orientation & partnership building. MAs will obtain cross business and cross functional exposure in some core departments before getting immersed into their area of specialization based on our performance review and their career aspirations.

MAP's Requirements:

  • Academic qualifications - min. CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent
  • Active involvement & demonstrated leadership in extracurricular activities
  • Strong oral and written communication skills Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia (knowledge of other languages with ASEAN relevance is an added advantage)
  • Self-starter, achievement oriented and highly mobile
