Responsibilities:

The role of the incumbent for this position is to provide financial, analytical and costing support for our manufacturing facilities and export division.

• Calculate product cost and transfer price.
• Prepare annual budget.
• Perform month-end product costing run using the SAP system.
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare Management Reports and KPI tracking.
• Tracking of the cost of major materials and price variances.
• Support month-end stock count.
• Compare actual cost against budget and follow-up on major discrepancies.
• Analyze and follow-up on production and price variance.
• Liaise and provide support to the other departments on all operational and financial matters.
• Liaise with External Auditors and SSC on financial and statutory matters.
• Review and check material maintenance form.
• Participate in the upgrading of the SAP system from version 4.6C to ECC6.
• Involve in the set-up and migration of our manufacturing facilities.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Accountancy/Commerce/Finance or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Analytical, Problem Solving.
• Exposure and knowledge of SAP in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
