Responsibilities:

The incumbent shall undertake the responsibility to provide in-depth insights of the various trade channels and identify opportunity gaps in order for F&N Dairies to develop solutions to meet channel needs with the end objective to grow the business in the particular channel.

Among the responsibilities shall be:

• Conduct analysis and studies of channel dynamics for in-depth understanding of channel/consumer needs through internal business/sales data or in market researches
• Identify gaps in each channel and present areas of opportunity for channel growth
• Identify new segments in the market for opportunity to grow the Company's volume/revenue in support of overall business goals
• Assist in the development of channel schemes by providing necessary analysis and simulations

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent
• Required skill(s): diligent, Enthusiastic. diligent, team player, analytical, planning, communication, presentation skills
• IT related skills - MS Office, SAP
• Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Experience in FMCG industry is an added advantage
• Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
