Responsibilities:
· Assist the Brand Manager/Group Product Manager in translating marketing strategy into actionable and sound marketing programs with specific objectives which results in the achievement of overall brand objective and complements the business plan in terms of brand equity, market share objectives, annual business volume and profitability targets
· Strive to ensure the successful implementation of approved marketing programs towards achieving the set objectives
· Assist in managing the Brand Marketing expenses budget in accordance to the set business management guideline and maximize the value of each expenditure to deliver the set objectives
· Guide and provide input to subordinates in assisting them to successfully achieve the objectives assigned tasks
Requirements:
· Possess a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media or equivalent
· Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in FMCG especially in Marketing doing Brand/Product Management
· Strong conceptual skills with an eye for detail and alert in grasping business issues
· Strong analytical, communication & presentation skills
· Possess good interpersonal skills, positive attitude and pleasant personality
· Proficiency in verbal & written English Language
