Responsibilities:

• The incumbent will be assisting the Plant Manager in achieving the production's KPI, thus fulfilling the sales requirement.
• Managing resources such as people, tools and equipment.
• He/she will also be ensuring that the plant operation complies to HACCP, ISO 9001:2008 and OHSAS 18001 requirements.
• Working closely with Engineering for process improvements and planning work.
• Finally, he/she will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the products is within the desired quality specifications.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese.
• Preferred with min. 1 year working experience in FMCG manufacturing environment, fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
• Must be willing to work on shifts.
• Willing to be relocated to Pulau Indah in future.
• Good problem-solving skills and drive for result.
• Team player with good relationship management and communication skills.
• Good knowledge in MS Office software.
• High level of commitment to meet tight deadlines.
• 1 Full-Time position available.
