Responsibilities:

The permanent position will require successful applicants to:

• Undergo an extensive exposure at our recent commissioned plant in Ayuttaya, Thailand for familiarization with the modern food manufacturing processes and automation controls that will serve as a blueprint
• Be part of a team to undertake the transfer of knowledge effectively to the Malaysian base for a successful plant startup. This will entail documenting learning and taking a lead role in facilitating operational readiness in various aspects of plant operations
• Play a pivotal role in assisting the project team for timely installation, commissioning and operation of the new plant and its supporting services
• Continue to be part of a Winning Team in operating and improving Manufacturing Operations or Technical Projects

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Food Science, Food Technology, or Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical) with up to 3 - 6 years of working experience
• Food technologists are encouraged to apply
• Experience in FMCG food manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
• Active in extra curricular activities, preferably in leadership positions
• Analytical, creative, opinionated and with good sense of humor
• Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia
• Willing to relocate to Pulau Indah and can travel extensively to Thailand
• Malaysian citizens
