Responsibilities:

The successful incumbent shall be playing an active role to achieve targets and meet quality standards and operations costs of production. Below are among the responsibilities for the position:

• Meet sales requirements for export and local orders
• Implementation of manufacturing directives and coordinate functions of various departments
• Monitor procedures and controls on plant cleaning and sanitation
• Monitor usage and carry out studies to reduce wastages
• Conduct regular dialogues and meeting with subordinates to ensure industrial harmony
• Ensure principle of FIFO is applied and usage corresponds to recipe
• Enforce HACCP plan, GMP, ISO and Plant SOP/WI
• Carry out plant improvement project (ICC, 5S, MBU, Proticon, etc.)
• Knowledge in operating and maintaining Form-Fill-Seal Machine will be an added advantage

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Food Science, Food Technology, Science and Food Engineering or equivalent
• Required skill(s): Good communication and interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, meticulous, and team player
• Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Good knowledge in MS Office software
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the FMCG (food production) manufacturing environment is required for this position
• Able to work in shift rotation
• Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya and to be relocated to Pulau Indah in future
