KUALA LUMPUR – Fans of the Kuala Lumpur 2017 SEA Games and Para Games are in for a massive treat when they make their way to the National Stadium in Bukit Jalil. Towering majestically in front of the nation’s iconic sports complex is a giant 100PLUS can and the double-dome building known as Rumah Malaysia.

The 100PLUS can, which has been confirmed as the biggest ever built in the country by the Malaysia Book of Records, has quickly become a popular stop amongst fans. Rumah Malaysia consist two domes – one for 100PLUS and the other for Team Malaysia. Various fun activities and games have been set-up for fans to take part in and have a memorable time.

In addition to the activities, the 100PLUS dome has a viewing area for fans to follow the proceedings of the SEA Games on a giant screen. ‘With enormous numbers attending the many events in the Bukit Jalil Sports Complex resulting in some venues to be jam-packed, fans can drop by Rumah Malaysia to see their heroes in action,’ said 100PLUS Marketing Manager, Leong Wai Yin.

Speaking at the official launch, Wai Yin explained that the overall view of the 100PLUS can and Rumah Malaysia actually resembles the number 100. “We wanted to celebrate the hosting of the Kuala Lumpur 2017 games in a big way. We also wanted to create something memorable for the fans. I believe this will be something fans will talk about for many years to come.”

Rumah Malaysia and the 100PLUS can were officially launched by Y.A.M. Tengku Syed Badarudin Jamalullail, Chairman Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd, and Mr Lim Yew Hoe, CEO Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd.

Joining in the launch was the victorious gold medal winning Malaysian rugby team, led by its president Datuk Shahrul Zaman Yahya.
