(b) A wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, Wimanis Sdn Bhd had held a final meeting on 8 July 2019 pursuant to its members’ voluntary winding up. It was dissolved in accordance with Section 459(5) of the Companies Act 2016 on 7 October 2019. (c) On 13 August 2019, the Company had incorporated F&N AgriValley Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Rimba Perkasa Sdn Bhd) under the Companies Act 2016 for a total cash consideration of RM100 comprising 100 ordinary shares. It had not commenced operations since its incorporation.
