RECURRENT RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS OF A REVENUE OR TRADING NATURE At the 59 th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 19 January 2021, the Company had obtained shareholders’ mandate to enter into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature with the mandated related parties which are necessary for the day- to-day operation of the F&NHB Group.
