The programme, organised with the guidance of F&N and Leaderonomics, aimed to expose school-goers on the importance of team work and instill values of being responsible. Participants were divided into several groups and tasked to complete fun challenges through a series of games which required them to work together, strategise and take turns to lead the team. Among the games include Human Knots, Stomp Clap, Fussball, Toss the Ball and Radio Karat.
The fun-filled day ended with a motivational talk on leadership among teenagers by Ustaz Zamani Al-Besuty followed by dinner which were organised by Rumah Ilham. Some 200 participants, comprising orang asli children and their parents, attended the event.
The children of Rumah Ilham and their new found friends from Kampong Penchala enjoyed the fellowship promoted through the programme, learning important lessons on team work and leadership from each other.
