3 Layer Pudding with Melaka Cream
A delightful, creamy pudding concoction packed with coconut, gula Melaka, pistachios and cream cheese.
Ingredients
All-purpose flour
Butter, melted
Pistachios, chopped
Cream cheese, softened
Caster sugar
Gula Melaka, grated
Whipping cream
Instant coconut pudding mix
Water
IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
Green colouring
Whipping cream
Icing sugar
IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
Gula Melaka, grated
Instruction
To make the biscuit layer, combine all ingredients and press on a baking tin then bake at a preheated oven at 170°C for 12 mins. Set aside to cool and then crumble it.
For cream cheese layer, beat all ingredients until smooth. Whip up the cream and fold into the mixture. Set aside in the chiller.
For pudding layer, mix all ingredients and bring to boil.
In a small jar or container, add in some biscuit crumbs, followed by some cream cheese and the fill up with some pudding mix. Lastly, top with some whipped cream. Keep chill before serve.
To make Melaka cream, combine all ingredients over low heat until gula Melaka dissolve. Chill and serve with the pudding.
