Wonton skin

500ml

Oil

Filling
4 nos

Apple, cubes

1/4 cup

Sugar

1 tbsp

Butter

1/2 cup

CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer

2 tbsp

Corn flour

30g

Raisin

Instruction

Step 1

To prepare filling, combine apple, sugar and butter then cook over medium heat for 5 mins. Add in CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer, corn flour and raisin, cook until thickened. Set aside to cool.

Step 2

Wrap the filling with wonton skin.

Step 3

Deep fried with oil until golden brown and serve hot.
