Boneless Chicken Tight
Dried chili, soaked
IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
Blend all ingredient B and marinate the chicken overnight.
Roast the chicken for 20 mins in a preheated oven at 200°C.
Cook spaghetti in a lightly salted water and keep the water aside.
Cook the marinate over medium heat for 10 minutes or until fragrant. Adjust the thickness using the pasta water if necessary. Add in spaghetti and mix well.
Slice the chicken and serve together with the pasta.
