CAP JUNJUNG® Sweetened Creamer
In a pot, combine green agar powder, sugar and coconut water, bring to boil.
Remove from heat, add pandan extract and stir to combine.
Pour into a flat dish. Allow to cool until set. Cut the jelly into cubes.
In a large bowl, combine coconut flesh, nata de coco, cream and CAP JUNJUNG® Sweetened Creamer, cut jelly cube stir until mixed well.
Chill for at least 1 hour. Serve cold!
