Caramel Banana & Coconut Pancakes

Brown sugar

1/2 can

F&N Full Cream Sweetened Condensed Milk

2 nos

Ripe bananas

3/4 cup

Grated coconut

1/4 cup


3 tbsp

F&N Vitaminised Sweetened Creamer

1/4 cup

Oil for drizzling

2 nos

Banana for topping, sliced


Step 1

To make the caramel, melt the butter and brown sugar in a pan. Add F&N Full Cream Sweetened Condensed Milk and cook on medium heat for about 6 minutes until the caramel bubbles and thickens. When it browns, remove from the flame and set aside.

Step 2

Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl.

Step 3

Add the grated coconut and flour, and mix well.

Step 4

Put in the F&N Vitaminised Sweetened Creamer and mix again.

Step 5

Drizzle some oil over a heated flat pan.

Step 6

Drop 2 tbsp of the banana mixture over the pan.

Step 7

When one side of the pancake is golden brown, flip it over to cook the other side.

Step 8

Serve with banana slices and caramel topping.
