Caramel Banana & Coconut Spring Roll
An easy and delectable take on the traditional spring roll recipe with tropical fruits.
F&N Sweetened Creamer
Spring roll skins
Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl.
Add the grated coconut and flour and mix well.
Put in the F&N Sweetened Creamer and mix again.
Wrap the filling like a spring roll, and egg wash on the edge to seal it.
Deep fry with medium heat, remove it once it turns golden yellow.
Drizzle more F&N Sweetened Creamer over the spring roll.
