Self-rising Flour

CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer

Golden Syrup/ Honey

Vegetable Oil

CARNATION® Custard Cream Corn Filling
250ml

CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer

Instruction

Step 1

Combine all pancake ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Mix well until smooth.

Step 2

Heat a non stick frying pan. Scoop 1 ladle of pancake batter into the pan, allow it to cook for 3 minutes (bubble stops appearing indicate ready to flip). Flip over with a spatula, with another 2 minutes on the other side until golden brown.

Step 3

Bring CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer to a boil in a sauce pan, add the remaining ingredient and stir continuously until thickens.

Step 4

Spread a heap spoon of filling and sandwich with another pancake. It is ready to be consume
