Spring onion, finely chopped

CARNATION® Sweetened Beverage Creamer

Chicken floss

2 tsp

Toasted sesame seeds

Nori (seaweed), thinly cut


Step 1

Mix all the egg sheet ingredients with CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer, stir the egg mixture until smooth.

Step 2

Lightly grease the frying pan with medium heat. Scoop the egg mixture and wiggle the pan to coat the surface with thin layer of egg mixture. Remove the egg sheet from the pan and set aside. Repeat the steps with rest of the egg mixture

Step 3

Mix the mayonnaise with CARNATION® Sweetened Beverage Creamer. Spread the mayo, sprinkle chicken floss and sesame seeds evenly over individual egg sheet, stack it up and roll the omelette. Slice it into bite size. Garnish with nori and serve immediately.


*Add in finely chopped red pepper give this omelette roll its festive appearance. Make sure to let the egg sheet cools before rolling it
