CARNATION® Lemongrass Nasi Lemak with Omelette

Instruction
For CARNATION® Lemongrass Nasi Lemak, place all ingredients in a rice cooker and cook according to the manufacturer instructions. Turn off heat, once the rice is cook, fluff up the rice with a fork and cover for 10 minutes.
For CARNATION® Omelette, pre-mix eggs, salt, pepper and CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer into a bowl.
Heat pan with 10ml oil on medium heat then pour in omelette batter, place chopped fillings on half of the omelette.
Flip omelette to fold into half. Then, divide into 3 portions for 3 serving
Serve CARNATION® Lemongrass Nasi Lemak with CARNATION® omelette and condiments.
