Mix all marinade ingredients and CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer in a mixing bowl; chill it for 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Drain chicken cubes over a strainer. Coat the chicken in a separate container with frying powder; shake off excess frying powder by tapping it.

Deep fry chicken cubes in a pot with medium heat until golden brown.

Transfer the meat onto a kitchen towel, and place it into a cup/bowl.
