Ingredients

Digestive biscuits

40g

Candied winter melon

300g

Cream cheese

Half can

CARNATION® Sweetened Creamer

1 tbsp

Lemon juice

200g

Strawberries, cubed

80g

Blueberries

1 tbsp

Strawberry jam

Instruction

Step 1

Crush the biscuits into pieces and cut the candied winter melon into small cubes. Place the crumbs and winder melon cubes into 6 glasses.

Step 2

Whisk the cream cheese, CARNATION® Sweetened Creamer and lemon juice until smooth. Add the mixture on top of the biscuit and keep it chill for 2 hours.

Step 3

Mix strawberries & blueberries together with jam. Add on top of the cheesecake and serve immediately.
