Cheesy Buttermilk Squid
Medium squid, cut into rings
Bird eye chili
CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer
Chicken stock powder
Coat squid with frying powder, deep fry until golden brown, set aside.
Prepare sauce by adding butter into a frying pan with medium heat. Follow by curry leaves, lemongrass, and bird eye chili. Fry until fragrant.
Add in CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer, let it simmer until thicken. Lower the heat, add in cheese slice stir until fully melted, and add all the seasoning.
Add the fried squid, then garnish the squid with another cheese slice, cover with a lid and cook for 3 mins until the cheese melts.
Dish out into a plate, and ready to serve
