A simple and refreshing drink packed with aromatic pandan, cincau, sago and rose syrup.

Ingredients
Pandan Jelly
200ml
Water
3 tbsp
Sugar
2 tsp
Pandan cordial
1 tsp
Agar-agar powder
Pandan Drink
750ml
Water
1/2 can
F&N Sweetened Creamer
1/3 can
F&N Evaporated Creamer
3 tsp
Pandan cordial
2 tbsp each glass
Cincau, cubed
2 tbsp each glass
Sago, cooked and drained
2 tbsp each glass
F&N Rose Syrup
1 glass

Instruction
Step 1
Prepare the Pandan Jelly by adding all ingredients into a pot. Bring it to boil, and transfer into a square mould and leave it to cool.
Step 2
Add water, F&N Sweetened Creamer, F&N Evaporated Creamer and pandan cordial into a jug. Mix well and leave it aside.
Step 3
Unmould the jelly, and cut into small cubes. Add every glass with F&N Rose Syrup, ice, cincau, sago and jelly.
Step 4
Lastly, add Pandan drink into the glass until full.
Step 5
Serve chilled.
