Durian Cheese Tart

A delightful twist to your classic cheese tart recipe.
Ingredients
Flour
Butter
Sugar
Egg yolk
Water
Cream cheese
Durian flesh
F&N Sweetened Creamer
CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer
Gelatin
Instruction
For tart shell, mix all ingredients in a bowl according to sequence. Mix until well-combined. Let it chill for 30 mins. Peel and place in individual tart shell mould to form the tart shell. Bake in preheated 180°C oven for 8 to 10 mins. Set aside.
For the filling, beat cream cheese with CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer and F&N Sweetened Creamer until fluffy. Add in durian flesh and beat until smooth.
Dissolve the gelatin in 4 tbsp cold water and melt it over the water bath. Mix into the durian mixture.
Pipe the mixture into tart and chill in the fridge for 3 hours. Serve cold.
