Ingredients

Glutinous Rice

250ml

Water

60g

CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer

Chicken thigh, cut strips

3 Cloves

Garlic, sliced

2 Pcs

Shitake mushroom, cut cube

Carrot, diced

10g

Shrimp, soaked

Dried oyster, soaked

Dried scallops, soaked

Dried lotus seed, soaked

Dried chest nut, soaked

Seasoning
1 Tsp

Sugar

1 Tsp

Chicken stock powder

1 Tbsp

Oyster sauce

3 Tbsp

Soy sauce

Garnish
1 Stalk

Spring onion, chopped

Instruction

Step 1

Stir fry garlic, chicken, shitake mushroom, shrimp and carrot. Add in seasoning and continue to stir fried and add in all the dried ingredients. Once simmer turn off the heat.

Step 2

Mix glutinous rice, water and CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer into a rice cooker. Put in all the cooked ingredient into the rice cooker. Cook for 10 mins and stirring once or twice then continue to cook until the glutinous rice is soft.

Step 3

Lastly, garnish with spring onion and ready to serve.
