Fiery Creamy Smoked Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

Smoked chicken
500g

Chicken thigh

1 tsp

Turmeric powder

1/2 tsp

Salt

Fiery creamy sauce
6 nos

Bird's eye chilli

2 nos

Red onions

3 cloves

Garlic

2 nos

Lemongrass

1 tbsp

Turmeric powder

1 cup

IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk

1/2 cup

Water

To taste

Salt & sugar

Pasta
300g

Spaghetti, cooked

Instruction

Step 1

For smoked chicken, marinate the chicken thigh for at least 1 hour.

Step 2

Heat up a dry pan and seat the chicken thigh without oil. Cut the chicken thigh into small strips and set aside.

Step 3

For Fiery creamy sauce, blend all the dry ingredients until fine.

Step 4

Saute the blended ingredients until fragrant. Add in water and bring to boil. Add the chicken strips and IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk. Bring to a simmer until the sauce thickens. Season to taste.

Step 5

Serve the spaghetti with chicken and fiery creamy sauce.
