Ingredients

1 can

IDEALĀ® Full Cream Evaporated Milk

200ml

Water

100g

Sugar

50g

Custard Powder

20nos

Tartlets Shells

Garnishing
As preferred

Grapes, Strawberry, Kiwi

Instruction

Step 1

Combine sugar and custard powder. Mix well and set aside.

Step 2

Heat IDEALĀ® Full Cream Evaporated Milk and water until just boiling. Slowly pour into the custard mixture and stir well.

Step 3

Cook on low heat and stir constantly until the custard thicken. Set aside to cool and chill in the chiller before use.

Step 4

Pipe the chilled custard into the tartlet shells and garnish with fruits.
