IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
Grapes, Strawberry, Kiwi
Combine sugar and custard powder. Mix well and set aside.
Heat IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk and water until just boiling. Slowly pour into the custard mixture and stir well.
Cook on low heat and stir constantly until the custard thicken. Set aside to cool and chill in the chiller before use.
Pipe the chilled custard into the tartlet shells and garnish with fruits.
