Ingredients

Diced chicken

Yellow onions, diced

2 cups

IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk

1 tsp

Salt

1 tsp

Black pepper

1 tsp

Chicken stock powder

Coating
1 cup

Nestum® Original

2 nos

Eggs

1/2 cup

Flour

Instruction

Step 1

Sautee onion, diced chicken and corn until fragrant then set aside.

Step 2

Melt butter in the same pot on low heat and stir in flour. Cook for 5 mins.

Step 3

Gradually add in IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Creamer and stir until smooth.

Step 4

Add in the sautéed onion, diced chicken and corn. Season with salt, black pepper and chicken stock powder. Stir well.

Step 5

Brush a muffin tray with oil and add the mixture into each cup.

Step 6

Store in the freezer overnight before use.

Step 7

Remove the mixture from the muffin mold. Coat the mixture with flour, dip in beaten eggs and lastly coat with Nestum® Original.

Step 8

Deep fry until golden brown and ready to serve.
