Instruction
Step 1
Lightly grease two pieces of 7 inches square baking trays. Line a piece of parchment paper at the bottom of each baking tray.
Step 2
Beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Step 3
Add in CAP JUNJUNG® Sweetened Creamer, coconut jam, green colouring and eggs. Beat until well combined. Sift in the plain flour and malt drink powder to the batter, mix until well combined.
Step 4
Divide the batter into 2 equal portions. Transfer the batter into the baking trays.
Step 5
Steam for 90 minutes until a skewer insert in the center comes out clean.
Step 6
Cool completely before cut and serve.
