Ingredients

Self rising flour

200g

Caster sugar

3 tbsp

Cocoa powder

3 tbsp

Butter

180g

IDEALĀ® Full Cream Evaporated Milk

3 nos

Eggs

Lemon zest

Instruction

Step 1

Mix all ingredients with IDEALĀ® Full Cream Evaporated Milk in a mixer and whisk on the medium speed until the batter is smooth.

Step 2

Pour the finished batter to fill only half the mug.

Step 3

Cook in microwave on high power for 6 minutes.

Step 4

Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick in the middle of the mug cake. If toothpick comes out clean, the mug cake is done and ready to serve.
