Glutinous rice flour

200g

Water

3 types

Food colouring

Ingredients B (Sauce)

Palm sugar, grated

Pandan leaf, tied into a knot

365g

IDEALĀ® Full Cream Evaporated Milk

300ml

Water

Instruction

Step 1

To prepare glutinous rice balls, mix the flour with water. Add in the water a little at a time until the mixture takes on a doughy texture. Portion the dough into 3 parts for colouring.

Step 2

Roll the dough into little balls and make a dimple on the centre of each ball with your finger.

Step 3

Boil the glutinous rice balls in the hot water and ladle them out when cooked.

Step 4

To prepare sauce, cook palm sugar in the water until it melts. Add in IDEALĀ® Full Cream Evaporated Milk with pandan leaf and bring to a boil.

Step 5

Serve the glutinous rice balls with the sauce.
