Ingredients

Fried Mushroom
200g

Oyster mushrooms

200g

Flour

1 tsp

White pepper powder

1 tsp

Salt

2 nos

Eggs, lightly beaten

Cooking oil for deep frying

Salted egg yolk sauce
40g

Butter

1 stalk

Curry leaves

1 no

Bird eye chili, sliced

2 nos

Salted egg yolk, steamed & mashed

CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer

1 tbsp

Sugar

Half tsp

Chicken stock powder

Instruction

Step 1

Mix the flour, white pepper powder and salt together. Coat the oyster mushrooms with beaten eggs following by flour mixture. Deep fried the mushrooms until golden brown and set aside.

Step 2

In another pan, stir fry butter, curry leaves & bird eye chili until fragrant. Add in salted egg yolk, stir constantly until foamy.

Step 3

Add CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer, sugar & chicken stock powder and cook until thickened. Stir and coat the mushrooms in the salted egg yolk sauce. Ready to serve.
