Onion, minced

Egg whites

CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer

1/4 tsp

Salt

A pinch

Black pepper powder

3 nos

Crab sticks, sliced

2 nos

Spring onion, sliced

1 tbsp

Vegetable oil

Instruction

Step 1

Beat the egg white, CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer, salt and black pepper powder together in a bowl.

Step 2

Heat up oil in a pan. Add minced onion, crab sticks and stir-fry until fragrant.

Step 3

Pour in beaten egg white and give a quick stir.

Step 4

Garnish with spring onion.
