Ingredient A
1kg

Boneless chicken, cut into short strips

200g

F&N Evaporated Creamer

3 tbsp

Honey

1 tbsp

Salt

2 tbsp

Cumin powder

2 tbsp

Fennel seed powder

3 tbsp

Coriander seed powder

1 tbsp

Curry powder

Ingredient B
8 nos

Shallots

5 cloves

Garlic

4cm

Ginger

3cm

Galangal

3cm

Turmeric

4 nos

Lemongrass

Instruction

Step 1

Mix Ingredient A and Ingredient B in a bowl and marinate the chicken in the chiller for at least 3 hours or overnight for the best result.

Step 2

Heat up some oil in a pan and stir-fry the satay meat with some marinates until golden brown or slightly charred.

Step 3

Serve on a plate with some rice and your favourite peanut sauce.
