Tasty Fried Pumpkin with Salted Egg Yolk
Pumpkin, cut into short strips
Salted egg yolk, steamed and mashed
Carnation® Evaporated Creamer BUY
Bird eye chili ,crushed
Custard powder (batter)
Plain flour (batter)
Baking powder (batter)
Rice flour (batter)
Chicken stock powder (seasoning)
Put batter ingredients into a mixing bowl and pour in water gradually to mix. Stir until smooth.
Dip pumpkin pieces into the batter and deep fry in hot oil until crispy and golden.
Melt butter in a preheated wok. Add ingredients (A) and fry until aromatic.
Add in salted egg yolks and stir briskly. Pour in CARNATION. Evaporated Creamer and keep stirring.
Add in seasoning and put the pumpkin pieces in.Toss well over high heat until well mixed. Dish out and serve immediately.
