Ingredients

Sago Pudding
200g

Sago

2L

Water

1/2 tsp

Salt

Teh Tarik Cream
1/3 tin

F&N Sweetened Creamer

1/4 tin

F&N Evaporated Creamer

150ml

Concentrated tea

Topping
To taste

Nata de Coco

To taste

Cendol

To taste

Shredded grass jelly

Instruction

Step 1

Boil sago with water in a pot. Drain the sago and transfer into a mixing bowl. Add salt and give it a stir. Transfer the sago into a tartlet mould, and let it set in the refrigerator for 30 mins.

Step 2

Mix all the Teh Tarik Cream ingredients in a jug. Let it chill for 30 mins.

Step 3

Unmould the sago into a small bowl. Fill the bowl 1/3 full with Teh Tarik Cream. Garnish it with one tablespoon of Nata de Coco, cendol and shredded grass jelly, and serve.
