Ingredients

7 slices

Sandwich bread, sliced half

50g

Salted butter, for spreading baking container

50g

Salted butter, melted

1 tin

IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk

3 nos

Eggs

100g

Sugar

1 tsp

Vanilla essence

1 tsp

Cinnamon

Half tsp

Nut Meg

40g

Raisin

Instruction

Step 1

Spread the butter evenly on a baking container 26cm x 20cm.

Step 2

Line the sandwich bread evenly in the container. Brush the bread with melted butter evenly. Set aside.

Step 3

Add IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk and the rest of the ingredient into a mixing bowl, mix evenly.

Step 4

Pour the mixture into the baking container, let the bread soak for 10 minutes.

Step 5

Bake the bread butter pudding in a 180⁰ C pre-heated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

Step 6

Dish out, and let it cools for 20 minutes before serve.
