Shrimp Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients

100g

Shrimps, peeled

1 tbsp

Olive oil

2 tbsp

Butter

2 cloves

Garlic, finely chopped

1 tbsp

Flour

1 cup

IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk

150ml

Water

1 tsp

Chicken stock powder

1 tsp

Black pepper

2 tbsp

Parmesan cheese, grated

To taste

Salt

400g

Linguine Pasta, cooked

1 tsp

Parsley, chopped

Instruction

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium high heat and cook the shrimps until golden brown. Set aside.

Step 2

In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add in flour and continue cook for 1 min.

Step 3

Gradually stir in chicken stock powder, IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk and water. Add in Parmesan cheese, black pepper, salt and sugar. Continue to cook until the sauce thicken.

Step 4

Add in shrimps and pasta. Gently toss to combine.

Step 5

Serve immediately, garnish with parsley, if desired.
