Crystal Jelly

Homemade crystal agar-agar with pineapple, strawberry and apple flavours.
Ingredients
Agar-agar powder
Water
Sugar
Blue, red and green colouring
Pineapple, strawberry and apple flavouring
Agar-agar powder
Water
Sugar
F&N Evaporated Creamer
F&N Sweetened Creamer
Lychee flavouring
Instruction
To make crystal jelly, bring water to boil in a pot. Combine agar-agar powder and sugar then slowly add into the boiling water while stirring.
Divide mixture into 3 equal portions and add in blue, red and green colouring into each mixture.
Then add pineapple flavouring to the blue mixture, strawberry flavouring to the red mixture and apple flavouring to the green mixture.
Let it cool completely before chilling. Cut the crystal jelly into small cubes and gently mix all the coloured jelly together in an 8-inch mould. Set aside in the chiller.
To prepare milk jelly, bring water and F&N Evaporated Creamer to boil in a pot. Combine agar-agar powder and sugar then slowly add into the boiling water while stirring.
Add F&N Sweetened Creamer and lychee flavouring. Stir well.
Let it cool slightly then pour the milk mixture into the 8-inch mould until the coloured jelly is well-combined.
Set at room temperature before chilling. Chill for at least 3 hours in the chiller before serving.
